50-Year Club

Club membership is comprised of physicians who graduated from medical school 50 years ago or more.  All members pay annual dues ($25 per year for renewals and $35 per year for new members) and membership is voluntary.  Club activities include the annual reception/dinner during TMA's TexMed meetings each May, an annual membership directory, and funding of medical student scholarships.

Retired Physicians Forum

The forum is a new group formed by the TMA Committee on Membership as a result of official action of the House of Delegates to provide a means for retired physicians to remain active and involved in TMA and the medical community.  In addition, the forum promotes and advocates for the issues important to retired physicians and provides feedback on potential member benefits, activities, and opportunities for involvement for group members.
